We have a dedicated team to safely pack your orders which can be delivered anywhere in New Zealand by our partner courier companies. All deliveries during the lockdown are contactless to ensure the safety of the courier drivers. Here is what you need to know when buying alcohol during the lockdown.

How fast can you ship my online alcohol order?

We are trying our best to ship orders as soon as possible. Our aim is to ship all orders within 5 working days, currently, it is taking us 2 working days to ship the majority of the orders. Complicated orders with multiple different items are taking longer for us to ship.

How long does the delivery take?

Once we ship your order it can take 1 to 5 working days for it to be delivered by the courier company. They are working with fewer staffs during the lockdown to ensure the safety of their staff so delays could happen. Rural deliveries are taking an extra 1-3 days.

How much does it cost to ship?

Delivery charges are $6.95 for urban address and $9.95 for rural address.

Is there a minimum order?

No there is no minimum order.

Is there a limit of products?

Yes, you can only buy 3 bottles of spirits per order.

Why do you have a limited product available for purchase?

During the lockdown, we are only offering products which we can ship faster. You may find that your favourite drink might be out of stock. We are adding more products to our website regularly you may wish to revisit our website again in the next day or two.

What are you doing to ensure the safety of your staff?

We are following the guidelines issued by the government to ensure the safety of our staff. We have introduced shift-based work. Staff are working within their immediate bubble; shifts are rostered in a way that only people from one bubble are working at a time. We are following the 2-meter distancing rules when the courier drivers come to pick up the orders. Staff have been provided with gloves, hand sanitizer and we have increased the cleaning frequency.
