Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a complete refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: 
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 working days.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days. 
Please note- we cannot refund you until we have received the items back at our warehouse. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES we will refund you the money before we have received the goods. If the goods are in transit or there are delays in transit, unfortunately, we still cannot refund you the money prior to receiving the goods.
Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@liquormart.co.nz.
Authority to leave
As per the terms of all courier companies if you request the items to be left behind, we will not be responsible for lost goods. Under no circumstance we will refund you monies for lost package where you have requested not to use the signature on delivery service or have requested the authority to leave service.
Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when you received them.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@liquormart.co.nz and send your item to: 413 Anglesea Street, Hamilton 3204 within 24 hours from the delivery. 
Out of stock 
On occasions we might run out of the stock for the items which you might have purchased on our website and we might not be able to source that product/s, in that scenario you are entitled for a full refund of your payment. Liquor Mart will not provide any extra compensation or an expensive product to you for the unavailability of the stock. You however can use those funds to purchase any other product.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 413 Anglesea Street, Hamilton 3204
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary from 2 to 5 working days.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Typing Error or Human Errors
On some occasions there could be errors made by our staff while adding products to the website, if we notice any error we notify the customers at the first instance. We reserve the right to cancel the order and offer you full refund.
If the order has already been shipped we can offer you some compensation based on the price which the product should have been charged at. If we are unable to come to an agreement with you (customer) we will get the goods picked up at our expense and offer you full refund.
We will not honor any incorrect prices happen due to human error, if you notice the price of any goods are substantially cheaper please email us at sales@liquormart.co.nz to confirm the price before placing the order. 
Proof of age
We reserve the right to ask for a legally accepted ID to proof the age or buyer or receiver. If you are unable to prove that you are over the legal age of drinking your order will be cancelled with a full refund.  
Bulk orders Shipping cost
We reserve the right to recover the freight cost from you, should the order contain more than 12 bottles. After your order has been placed, if required we will contact you with the additional fare cost to be paid by you i.e. customer. If you don't agree to the extra freight cost you are entitled to Full Refund.
