Cancellation Policy
If you haven't made the payment yet and want to cancel the order there will be no charges. If you order has been paid for but hasn't been dispatched from our warehouse you can request for a refund and we will credit your refund in accordance to our refunds policy.
Once your product has been dispatched then you will be charged for the delivery charges at $8 for up to 12 bottles and refund will be processed once we receive the goods back in original condition. You will be responsible for returning the goods and pay for the freight.
We cannot process any refunds until we receive the goods back in our warehouse, even if there are delays in transit we are unable to offer you refund as we have to receive stock in our software before it allows us to provide refund. Please note we cannot make exceptions to this condition under any circumstances.
