Another region that has become well known for its world-class wines is Sula, which produces almost half of all the wine that is consumed in the country. in 2018, Sula made history when it became the first Asian winery outside China to sell more than 1 million cases of wine a year.

Rose

  • The Source Grenache Rosé by Sula Vineyards

If you are looking for a bottle of rose from Sula, then it doesn’t get any better than this. This dry rose was launched in 2016 and is made using Grenache grapes.

  • Vallonné Vineyards Rosé

Made from Indian Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, this rose has a crisp acidity but comes with beautiful notes of melon, cherry, and plum.

Red

  • Chêne Grande Reserve by Grover Zampa

This red wine is aged for at least 15 months in French Oak barrels before being bottled.

  • KRSMA Estates Cabernet Sauvignon

Straight out of the Hampi Hills in Karnataka, this cabernet sauvignon has a fruity and indulgent taste with undertones of cocoa.

This is one of the finest Indian red wines boasting a bold, Tuscan style. It is made with a mix of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes before maturing in oak barrels for at least 12 months. Perfect when paired with red meat.
