Made in world's most southern distillery, crafted non-chill filtered New Zealand whisky. It has gained popularity not only in New Zealand but in overseas as well. It offers delicate fruit and floral notes over a delicate hint of Toffee and Sweetness. American oak ex-bourbon barrel have been used initially for ageing and finishing done in French oak ex-New Zealand red wine barrels for 10 years. Aged for 16 years this is pure nectar.

It was established that Oamaru's historic harbour is an ideal climate for whiskey maturation. The Oamaruvian been matured for 18 years, in specially selected cask to provide rich toffee, floral nose and creaming soda mouth-feel with a hint of Oamaru sea spray to finish.
Colour: Dark cherry wood
Nose: Bold port-soaked raisins followed by dark cherries, cloves and various stone fruits. Water and time brings out pecan praline, almonds and balsamic reduction glaze.
Taste: A vibrant taste of dried fruits, including dried cherries and strawberries, intertwined with almonds and nutmeg leading to a palate covering liquorice sweetness spiked with anise.
Finish: A slightly drying and energetic see-saw between the spices and sweetnesses experienced. Somewhat acidic on the tongue, but it carries a very pleasant balance along the drawn out port-like finale.
VOL- 500 ML
The combination of 70% of single malt and 30% of premium grains provide an edge to this whisky over other competitors. It has been aged for 21 years in American Oak, ex-bourbon barrel.
Nose Elegant balance of baked pear and vanilla crisp with gentle floral notes.
Taste Pear sweetness again, smooth and clean body.
Finish Chili pepper warmth giving way to a long salty and sweet finish.
