Vilaura specialises in the production of Methode Traditionelle sparkling wines from New Zealand?s key growing regions. Exclusively producing single vineyard, vintage Methode Traditonelle wines made in the traditional bottle fermented style. From vineyard to the bottle, every aspect of the traditional French techniques have been honoured to present a pure expression of the New Zealand terroir to which each wine belongs. Celebrate with Vilaura on its journey to showcase the regional diversity of the finest New Zealand grape growing regions - Hawke?s Bay, Marlborough and Central Otago.
Produced from hand harvested and whole bunch pressed Clone UCD6 Chardonnay from the Wairau Valley, Marlborough - with a minimum of 36 months bottle ageing on yeast lees. Hand riddled and recently disgorged with a 2.0g/L dosage.
SHIPPING
We endeavour to ship all orders on the next business day. In some cases, it may take us longer to dispatch your order. On occasions due to events outside of our control it can take 3-5 working days to dispatch your order. If there are any delays, we will keep you informed via email
Courier Company
We use Post Haste and PBT to ship your order. Their lead time to delivery the parcel is 1 to 3 working days and further 2 days for rural address. In some instances it can take longer for the delivery to take place.
RETURNS POLICY
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a complete refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
