Aroma: With a touch of floral lift and dark fruits there is a secondary layer of wet slate, dark wine gums and nutmeg. Palate: 2013 was a powerful vintage, but the 2013 Old Block is a tamed beast with impeccable balance. It has great flow from the start with a dense fruit core and a long finish. It’s honed and polished with great complexity.

Vintage: The 2012-2013 growing season was one of the driest on record and led to an early and short vintage of quite low yields, but produced exceptional quality. St Hallett’s 2013 vintage commenced on January 29th with the harvesting of Barossa Valley Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc, and Shiraz rolling in a week later. Most vineyards ripened a month earlier than normal and much of the vintage was compressed into a very busy February. The 2013 vintage delivered abundantly flavoured Barossa Valley Shiraz that displays both richness and brightness, underpinned by dense lingering tannins.

We use Post Haste and PBT to ship your order. Their lead time to delivery the parcel is 1 to 3 working days and further 2 days for rural address. In some instances it can take longer for the delivery to take place.
RETURNS POLICY
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a complete refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
