Beer Style: West Coast IPA ABV: 7.0% Story: Widely disliked due to the similarity between his his ‘fictional’ characters and real life Hawera locals, South Taranaki author, Ronald Hugh Morrieson, was mostly unfazed, preferring instead to focus on his vices. His bigger concern was that his literary works would go unnoticed until after he was dead, which ultimately rang true as most of his works were published posthumously. The Scarecrow, a depraved story of murderous misfortune was one of four feature films made of Morrieson’s works. Unfortunately, The Scarecrow couldn’t deter the inevitable ‘dirty bird’, with Ronald’s historical house eventually being demolished to make way for Hawera’s new KFC.

RETURNS POLICY
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a complete refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
