Robert Mondavi's vision was to elevate Napa to the world stage. In celebration of his achievement, the Napa Valley Tier wines are sourced from distinctive vineyards throughout the Napa Valley and truly emulate a classic Napa Valley style. Fruit for the Napa Valley Chardonnay comes from estate-owned vineyards as well as from growers with whom Rober Mondavi have long term relationships. The combination of different terroirs elicits a wonderfully expressive wine.
Fruit for our Napa Valley Chardonnay was selected from our distinctive vineyards as well as from growers with whom we have long-term relationships. The particular combination of terroirs results in an exceptionally expressive, complex wine.
VINEYARD SOURCING: The 2021 Napa Valley Chardonnay includes fruit from Carneros and Stags Leap District. The cool climate and clay loam soils of Carneros create an elegant core, while our estate vineyard in Stags Leap District adds complexity and richness.
VINTAGE NOTES: The 2021 vintage was excellent and mild. Moderate drought resulted in a lower-than-average yield, but produced small, deeply concentrated berries of excellent quality. The fruit was harvested by hand from August 26 through October 16. Lots underwent primary fermentation in the barrel, were inoculated and tracked through malolactic fermentation, and then stopped when they reached the ideal balance of richness and acidity. The wine aged sur lie for 6 months in French oak (20% new) to add texture and a gentle toastiness.

We use Post Haste and PBT to ship your order. Their lead time to delivery the parcel is 1 to 3 working days and further 2 days for rural address. In some instances it can take longer for the delivery to take place.
RETURNS POLICY
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a complete refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
