This elegant wine is made in the traditional method from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and aged on yeast lees for over 3 years giving it a beautiful yeasty complexity. A wine for celebrations at any time.
Pale lemon with perfect clarity and a delicate, persistent bead. Very pretty floral aroma's with hints of praline and oyster shell, giving way to subtle biscuitty notes from the extended lee's time. The Chardonnay component leads, with an explosion of white and yellow stone fruits on creamy palate with a thrilling hint of salinity, like a sea breeze in your face. Pinot Noir provides the architecture of the wine, with finely detailed phenolics. The acidity is vibrant, the finish long and complex. An elegant wine that has lovely weight and poise.
SHIPPING

Courier Company
We use Post Haste and PBT to ship your order. Their lead time to delivery the parcel is 1 to 3 working days and further 2 days for rural address. In some instances it can take longer for the delivery to take place.
RETURNS POLICY
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a complete refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
