Odyssey Pinot Noir Reserve Iliad
Handpicked from a selection of low yeilding plants from each of the 6 dijon clones. The grapes are cold soaked for 1 week before fermenting with the indigenous yeasts present on the skins and in the vineyard. After ferment the wines stay in contact with the grapes until the desired tannin profile has been reached.
The wines are then pressed off into 35% New tight grained French barriques. After one year of ageing in the barrels the wines are gently fined using egg whites and bottled with no filtration or further fining.
The Iliad Wines shows exceptional finesse and character and are destined for ageing.

Courier Company
We use Post Haste and PBT to ship your order. Their lead time to delivery the parcel is 1 to 3 working days and further 2 days for rural address. In some instances it can take longer for the delivery to take place.
RETURNS POLICY
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a complete refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
