Masso Antico Fiano 2022
With its straw yellow color and elegant aromas of fruit and almonds, citrus and tropical notes, Masso Antico Fiano represents another pearl from Apulia. In the mouth it is fresh and harmonic, with a long and pleasant finish.
The grapes are picked up manually and placed in small cases. Once in the cellar, part of the grapes undergoes a drying process at controlled temperature to enhance the flavours and increase the natural sugar level.
The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks. A part of the wine undergoes an aging process of 3 months in oak barrels and then blended with the remaining part, giving complexity and structure to the final product.
Food Pairing: It is a perfect accompaniment for all courses. Ideal with raw or cooked shellfish, light sauces and fresh cheeses. Perfect with sushi plates.
Serving temperature: 8°- 10°C.

Courier Company
We use Post Haste and PBT to ship your order. Their lead time to delivery the parcel is 1 to 3 working days and further 2 days for rural address. In some instances it can take longer for the delivery to take place.
RETURNS POLICY
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a complete refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
