As we use fresh lychee and lime juice in our Lychee Martini and Chilli Marg some sediments may be visible from time to time. It is filtered in the distillery but a small amount can make it through. Using freshly squeezed juices makes an undeniable difference in the overall flavour profile of the drink as opposed to using artificial sweeteners and flavourings. Courier Company
We use Post Haste and PBT to ship your order. Their lead time to delivery the parcel is 1 to 3 working days and further 2 days for rural address. In some instances it can take longer for the delivery to take place.
RETURNS POLICY
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a complete refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
