Etsu Double Yuzu Gin 700mL
Etsu Double Yuzu Gin is distilled at the Akita Distillery in Akita Prefecture, Japan, on the island of Honshu. Akita Prefecture is located on the coast of the Sea of Japan and stretches east of the Ou Mountains, the longest mountain range in Japan.
It is from these mountains that Etsu Double Yuzu Gin draws its fresh and bright flavors. Etsu Yuzu Gin is macerated for seven days using traditional botanicals such as Japanese yuzu, juniper berries, licorice root, angelica, coriander and matcha.
After maceration, only the gin is distilled without the botanicals, allowing the oils to develop. Only after distillation is fresh water from the mountains added, giving the gin its fresh taste.
