This monk isn’t going to reveal everything until you get it into your glass to breathe a bit. Dry, effervescent, and stronger than it tastes, it is a decadent, high-gravity, relaxed adventure.
Flavours: A straightforward, 100% European Bestmalz Pilsner malt base is lightened with clear candi sugar to keep the body dry and dangerously drinkable at 9.1% ABV. Fermented with WLP530 Abbey Ale yeast, it delivers a deep, spicy ester profile of cherry, plum and pear, while late additions of bitter dried orange peel bring a bright citrus lift. Mild, delicate Saaz hops linger in the background, providing a soft floral touch and a clean bitterness to balance the sweetness.

We use Post Haste and PBT to ship your order. Their lead time to delivery the parcel is 1 to 3 working days and further 2 days for rural address. In some instances it can take longer for the delivery to take place.
RETURNS POLICY
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a complete refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
