Handpicked on March 27th our Cabernet Franc was de stemmed into small open topped fermenters. The ferments were hand plunged and pumped over to aid in extracting all the flavour and colour from the berries. The wine was pressed to French oak barrels where it spent the next 10 months. The wine has a lovely ruby red colour and exhibits an array of different aromas including damson, violets, dark chocolate, coffee, liquorice and cloves.
On the palate the wine is rich and robust with firm tannins coming from both the fruit and the oak. Dark sweet fruits and tar flavours highlight this dense but perfectly balanced Cabernet Franc.

Courier Company
We use Post Haste and PBT to ship your order. Their lead time to delivery the parcel is 1 to 3 working days and further 2 days for rural address. In some instances it can take longer for the delivery to take place.
RETURNS POLICY
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a complete refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
