Bayou Rum is craft distilled from locally grown fresh Louisiana sugarcane. Their signature recipe uses 100% single estate molasses produced by the oldest family-owned and operated sugar mill in the United States. Which is then distilled every batch by hand using copper pot stills and age it in 200L bourbon and sherry casks. It’s craft spirit making at its best.
Matured for at least six years using a Solera method and finished in ex-sherry casks, Bayou XO Mardi Gras is a complex, fruity rum that captures the spirit and liveliness of Louisiana's famous Mardi Gras celebrations.
Sweet aromas of dried fruit and summer flowers mingle with cedar wood and tobacco on the nose, and the palate offers notes of prunes, apricots, plums, tobacco and honey, with a spicy, oaky edge.

Courier Company
We use Post Haste and PBT to ship your order. Their lead time to delivery the parcel is 1 to 3 working days and further 2 days for rural address. In some instances it can take longer for the delivery to take place.
RETURNS POLICY
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a complete refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
