Waiheke Derby Day is a local tradition. The hillside fills with families and local reheads. Engines roar and a field of spray-painted wrecks start trading metal. Bonnets buckle, bumpers fly, clay rains down and doughies carve up whatever track is left. One by one they crumple and join the corpses littering the field, until only one set of wheels is still spinning.
Winner. Survivor. Legend of the day.
A light, crisp West Coast Pilsner with crushed berry hop character, earthy pine musk and bright lime zest. With refreshing bitterness and a dry finish, this ones designed to take a few hits and keep going strong.
Berry, Pine Musk and Bright Lime Zest.
