Q:I do not have a Paypal account, can I pay by internet banking or bank deposit?

A: Yes you can, when you select an item click on “Proceed to checkout” then enter your details or login with your account if you have created one. Then select Bank deposit as your payment option and place your order.
After the order is placed, a page with our bank details will be shown where it will give you all our bank account details as well as an order number for you to use as a reference when paying for your order in person at the bank or by using internet banking.
As soon as your funds clear into our account (usually overnight) your order will be shipped on next business day.

Q. Can I pay by credit card without going through Paypal?
A. Currently we don’t accept credit cards directly in order to reduce cost, and pass those savings to you in terms of sharper prices and low delivery charges. We however might change this in coming future if more people ask for it. Please write to us at if you would like to see this option.

Q. Do I have to create an account to pay via paypal?
A. No you don’t you can pay as a guest without the need to create an account on Paypal. The payment is processed on one page and takes less than one minute.

Q. How soon do you ship the order?
A. We endeavor to ship all the orders within 5 business days.

Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. Expected delivery times are 1 to 3 working days after your order is dispatched. Please allow 1-2 extra days for rural address.

Q. Are all the items available in stock and ready to be shipped?
A. We have over 3000 items available to purchase on our website, from time to time we run out of stock but can still source your products from the suppliers. Sometime the items may no longer be available in that case we offer you a full refund or you could choose to purchase a different product.

Q. Is my order insured while it is being shipped?

A. Yes all the shipments are insured for up to $1500. If you receive any damaged item please contact us within 24 hours for claims via email to or call us at 03 2127521.

A. All the orders are shipped by Fastway Couriers which can be tracked via their website on

Q. What do I do if the parcel was damaged when I received it?
A. Please contact us ASAP within 24 hours in order to for us to process your claim. 

Q. If I pay by credit card will my details be secured?
A. All credit card payments are processed by PayPal and they offer a secure payment system. Your credit card details are never stored by Liquormart.

Q. I have seen a better price of same product on another site in NZ, will Liquormart match it?
A. If you happen to find one of our products advertised on another site for a better price, then simply contact us by email to or submit via contact us page or on our, and we will do our best to either match that price, or possibly even beat it.
