Paritua Syrah 2021
A firm palate of dark fruit, fragrant spice and hints of cola. The texture is bang on, with silky fine-grained tannins and judice touch of oak. Perfectly paired with roast eye fillet and bearnaise sauce or BBQd mushroom burger.
True to the Paritua style, this is a dark and concentrated Syrah. Estate grown at the Paritua Vineyard in the Bridge Pa triangle, the vines are low cropped and harvested by hand in some of the oldest soils of Hawke's Bay. After fermentation the wine is matured in a mixture of 225L and 500L French oak, 50% of which is new. Brooding and dense this is a wine that will improve from a good 5 - 10 years in the cellar.

Courier Company
We use Post Haste and PBT to ship your order. Their lead time to delivery the parcel is 1 to 3 working days and further 2 days for rural address. In some instances it can take longer for the delivery to take place.
RETURNS POLICY
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a complete refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
