Walnut Block Nutcracker Sauvignon Blanc 2024/25
Handpicked from our oldest vines, this limited release Sauvignon Blanc displays delicacy and finesse while capturing the intense characters Marlborough is famous for. Concentrated aromas and flavours of tropical fruits and ripe citrus are revealed on a richly texture palate. Fine acidity gives the wine beautiful balance and length.
The grapes are handpicked then gently whole bunched pressed. 30% is fermented in old barrel using wild yeasts giving the wine greater depth and complexity. 70% is fermented in stainless steel using cultured yeast to capture the lively fresh aromas and fruit purity. Extended yeast lees contact adds weight and richness to the palate. Cellaring potential – drinks well now and will mature gracefully over several years.

We endeavour to ship all orders on the next business day. In some cases, it may take us longer to dispatch your order. On occasions due to events outside of our control it can take 3-5 working days to dispatch your order. If there are any delays, we will keep you informed via email
Courier Company
We use Post Haste and PBT to ship your order. Their lead time to delivery the parcel is 1 to 3 working days and further 2 days for rural address. In some instances it can take longer for the delivery to take place.
RETURNS POLICY
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a complete refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
