Maison Fortant is a vineyard in the incredibly beautiful and diverse Languedoc region of Southern France. Here vines are grown alongside the Mediterranean coast, in the hills surrounding Montpellier and all the way up the lower slopes of the Pyrenees.
As famous as France is in the world of winemaking, with regions like Burgundy and Bordeaux, the Languedoc long flew under the radar. The wines were mostly sold to the local residents and visitors enjoying the warm Mediterranean summers. It was during the 1970s and 1980s that Robert Skalli of Maison Fortant, a firm believer in the Languedoc?s potential, convinced wine growers in the region to replant their vineyards with better and more suitable vines. This revolutionary idea has led to the region growing in reputation and allowing for the creation of some truly superb wines.
The Rose de Provence is an example of what they are capable of, aromatic, refreshing and with a hint of strawberry, it is a wine perfect for a hot summer's day or a spicy Asian dish.
Superb, brilliant, pale pinkish colour. Highly aromatic, with delicate notes of red fruit, a complex nose of raspberry, white-fleshed fruit, peach, and white blossoms. The terroir shines through on the palate, giving an impression of freshness and balance. Lovely length and a mineral, saline finish with character.

Courier Company
We use Post Haste and PBT to ship your order. Their lead time to delivery the parcel is 1 to 3 working days and further 2 days for rural address. In some instances it can take longer for the delivery to take place.
RETURNS POLICY
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a complete refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
