The Dr. Loosen estate has been in the same family for over 200 years. When Ernst Loosen assumed ownership in 1988, he realized that with ungrafted vines averaging 60 years old in some of Germany?s best-rated vineyards, he had the raw materials to
create stunningly intense, world-class wines.
All of Dr. Loosen?s six major vineyards were designated as ?ErsteLage? ? equivalent to grand cru ? in the 1868 Prussian classification of Mosel vineyards. Only wines from these top-rated sites are bottled with a single-vineyard designation.
Dr. Loosen Wehlener Sonnenuhr Riesling Sp?tlese is grown on a precipitously steep, rocky vineyard that consistently yields some of the most elegant and sophisticated white wines in the world. The mineral-rich, blue Devonian slate soil produces quintessential Mosel Riesling: delicate and refined, with racy minerality.
This Riesling comes from ungrafted vines with an average age of 60 years. The vineyard is sustainably farmed, according to strict German environmental regulations. Selectively hand-harvested grapes underwent cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks and traditional Fuder barrels. Courier Company
We use Post Haste and PBT to ship your order. Their lead time to delivery the parcel is 1 to 3 working days and further 2 days for rural address. In some instances it can take longer for the delivery to take place.
RETURNS POLICY
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a complete refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
