Since 2006, the Quiot family has owned Château du Trignon, drawn to the Dentelles de Montmirail and its characterful wines. They acquired the estate with a vision to preserve its legacy while expanding it by 10 hectares in Vacqueyras and a few additional hectares in Beaume-de-Venise. With a deep respect for the past and a wealth of winemaking knowledge, the family embraced the land, recognizing its unique qualities that align with the traditions, quality, and adaptability found in their other properties.

Prior to this, Château du Trignon had been managed by another winemaking family since 1886. Originally a traditional Provençal farm with mixed farming and livestock, the estate gradually shifted focus over the years. From 1960 to 1990, five generations worked to refocus the estate on vineyards, embarking on a quality-driven approach with the construction of a gravity-fed winery, strategic grape variety planting, and climate-controlled cellars.

The prodigious work achieved by the Quiot Family combined to the beautiful and singular land of Gigondas gives this wine all its character.Rich but delicate, structured body and tannins. To keep in the cellar for 10 years (if you have the patience!)

Grape Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah
