Organised Chaos Pinot Gris 2021

The Organised Chaos Pinot Gris is grown by Phillip Barber in the Esk Valley.
Esk Valley enjoys a maritime influence where the hot dry summer days experience a cooling sea breeze in the late afternoon. The soils are deep alluvial river sands and stone, left behind by the Esk River.
Phillip farms his land with the upmost respect for everything above and below the ground. The vines are dry farmed with no herbicides used in the vineyard, and he is currently working towards organic registration.
This wine is Off dry, with lots of stonefruit, citrus, and fresh Turkish Delight. Fine, refreshing acidity and loads of texture – this is the perfect summer time Gris.
