The historical archives of Cantina Fongoli represent a unique example of the history of bottling in Montefalco. Different types of paper, background colours and of course, the wording of the relevant laws on our wine labels represent political and socio-cultural changes as well as generational evolution. All these factors are united by the common thread of essentiality that over time has become one of the traditions of Cantina Fongoli.
60% Sangiovese, 40% Montepulciano.
From biodynamically farmed, certified-organic estate. Fermentation occurs with native yeasts in open-topped stainless steel tank with no temperature control and no sulfur; the maceration is relatively brief at about 10 days in order to moderate the tannins. The wine is aged in stainless steel for several months. It is bottled in the spring after harvest without fining or filtering. Rossofongoli is a zero-sulfur-added wine.

We endeavour to ship all orders on the next business day. In some cases, it may take us longer to dispatch your order. On occasions due to events outside of our control it can take 3-5 working days to dispatch your order. If there are any delays, we will keep you informed via email
Courier Company
We use Post Haste and PBT to ship your order. Their lead time to delivery the parcel is 1 to 3 working days and further 2 days for rural address. In some instances it can take longer for the delivery to take place.
RETURNS POLICY
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a complete refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
