A neighbourhood meet point, known especially for its outstanding wine list and delicious sharing plates, Bar Martin is an institution in the suburb of Mt Albert, Auckland. It was over a glass of whisky that owner Ruben Maurice and head distiller Mat Thomson started talking about the preciousness of well-crafted flavours, and what makes a great single malt whisky. Some cask samples appeared at the table, flavours carefully compared, and the idea of bottling a limited edition whisky took shape.
This bottling celebrates ?local? ? 100% NZ grown malted barley, distilled at The Thomson Whisky distillery, aged in an ex-NZ Pinot Noir cask sourced from a nearby winery, and hand selected with Bar Martin, a local gathering place of neighbours and like-minded wine lovers. Cask Martin embodies the idea that the precious things we care about are only a short distance away and should be treasured. It?s premium New Zealand whisky, made to be shared.

Courier Company
We use Post Haste and PBT to ship your order. Their lead time to delivery the parcel is 1 to 3 working days and further 2 days for rural address. In some instances it can take longer for the delivery to take place.
RETURNS POLICY
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a complete refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
