Grant?s Family Reserve is one of the world?s best loved Scotch whiskies and enjoyed in over 180 countries.
First created by William Grant in 1898, the blend is today, five generations later, entrusted to Grant?s Master Blender, Brian Kinsman.
Brian skilfully blends around 25 of the finest single malt and grain Scotch whiskies to make Grant?s Family Reserve. The basis for the blend is our widely acclaimed Girvan grain whisky. Vacuum distilled at a lower temperature to make it a lighter and more delicate spirit, it is then aged in oak to give it a deeper, sweeter, soft fruit flavour, creating the perfect foundation.
SHIPPING
We endeavour to ship all orders on the next business day. In some cases, it may take us longer to dispatch your order. On occasions due to events outside of our control it can take 3-5 working days to dispatch your order. If there are any delays, we will keep you informed via email
Courier Company
We use Post Haste and PBT to ship your order. Their lead time to delivery the parcel is 1 to 3 working days and further 2 days for rural address. In some instances it can take longer for the delivery to take place.
RETURNS POLICY
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a complete refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
