Since Jean-Pierre Latour took over his father, the improvement has been nothing short of miraculous. And this is to be welcomed as they are the largest single holder in Meursault 1er cru Genevrieres, the 1er cru that is the essence of typical Meursault, opulent and exotic.
Today, Jean-Pierre Latour runs the 10 ha with the help of his sister Florence. Domaine Latour-Giraud is specialized in the white wines which represent 85 % of its production. With 2,5 ha in Meursault Genevrieres, Domaine Latour-Giraud is the most important owner of this superb premier cru. They also have vines in 1er crus Les Perrieres, Les Boucheres, Les Poruzots, and Les Charmes. Jean-Pierre Latour is a man of few words, he lets the wines speak for themselves.
This Meursault Cuv?e Charles Maxime from Domaine Latour-Giraud is a blend of the Lieux-dits of Les Vireuils, Les Corbins and Les Pelles.
A plump, rich and generous wine, it is fermented and matured in barrel, around a 1/3 of which are new oak, for 15-16 months.
On the nose citrus, lemon and almonds with a touch of green olive and dried hay followed by toasted almonds and lemon confit.

We use Post Haste and PBT to ship your order. Their lead time to delivery the parcel is 1 to 3 working days and further 2 days for rural address. In some instances it can take longer for the delivery to take place.
RETURNS POLICY
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a complete refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
