Appearance: A rich vibrant color with purple hues.
Nose: This wine shows classic Coonawarra Cabernet aromas of briary black currant and raspberry on the nose supported by fragrant oak.
Palate: The palate is filled with flavours of raspberry, red fruits, and cedary oak accentuated by a hint of mint. The wine is medium bodied with gentle tannins and finishes with a lovely, soft persistence of fruit. This is a great example of Cabernet Sauvignon with all the right varietal cues on display - mint, brambly notes and brooding darkness, but with reined in tannins making this a delicious drink, ready right now.
Cellaring: The Siding delivers varietal and regional character that is approachable on release, yet will still develop with short to medium term cellaring of up to 5 years.
Alcohol: 13.5%
