Van Asch Syrah 14%, 750ml
Grapes were destemmed into small open top fermenters for whole berry maceration. All wild ferment yeasts with 30% stems - 33% new oak - natural malolactic fermentation - full lees ageing - 3 months equalisation in tank before bottling unfined and unfiltered.
