This wine displays lifted cherry blossom, red delicious apple and delicate white nectarine aromas following through to a grapefruity citrus palate with flinty mineral undertones and a limey backbone.
The racy acidity in this wine provides great length and longevity.
Cellaring and Food Matching:
A classic Marlborough Riesling, this wine displays immediate drinkability, although its tight structure and low pH, along with careful cellaring, will reward with further complexity and development for a further ten to twelve years.
