This wine is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and a small proportion of Semillon fruit which is sourced from Seresin’s three vineyard’s, all with varying soil characteristics. Fruit sourced from the Home vineyard on the upper terraces encompasses varied Waimakariri type solis of alluvial origin. This is supplemented by portions from the Tatou vineyard which is made up of a mixture of alluvial shingles and the clay–rich Raupo Creek vineyard.
Drinking well upon release, Seresin Sauvignon Blanc will develop well over five years as it grows in concentration.
