Lifted aromas of roasted almonds and hazelnut with citrus zest and biscuitty complexity. Seamless palate with hints of ripe stone fruit, citrus freshness and layered flavours leading to a long, lemon meringue finish.
Harvested gently with destemming in field. Gently pressed to tank for brief settling, followed by racking to ferment. Fermented with premium French oak, and lees stirred post ferment to build texture and richness. Lightly fined prior to bottling.
