DESCRIPTION
Premium Merlot and Cabernet grapes were gently dEstateemmed to ferment. They were fermented gently to produce a soft, supple style. Matured with French oak to add depth and complexity.
Enticing aromas of sweet, ripe black fruits mingle with hints of floral notes and oak spice.  Hints of black pepper and savoury in style, the palate is soft and full bodied with rich smooth chocolate and cedar spice notes.
