- This fine wine is a stunning blend of the classic Bordeaux varieties, Merlot (69%), Malbec (27%) with a splash of Cabernet Sauvignon.
- Grapes were grown in the highly acclaimed Gimblett Gravels region, and were harvested in excellent condition.
- The grapes were gently crushed, cold soaked for four to six days and fermented in closed and open top stainless steel tanks, with twice-daily pump overs / plunging to extract colour, flavour and fine tannin structure.
- This elegant, full-bodied red exudes delicious boysenberry and blackberry fruits, lightly dusted with cinnamon, appetising dark chocolate and savoury olive notes. Judicious aging in fine oak barrels contributes succulent ripe tannins and a velvety smooth texture. Delicious now, it will also greatly reward cellaring.
