Only Moscato grapes from S. Stefano Belbo and neighbouring communities. Matures for approximately 6 months in inert containers, then it is diluted to 41.5% ABV before being transferred into Limousin barriques made of a particularly sweet wood which harmonises perfectly with the aromatic Moscato grapes. Touches of amber with old red gold reflections Reminiscent of exotic fruits. The hints of wood are complex and harmonise well with the fruity, flowery components, becoming almost spicy. Well-rounded, starting off sweet, generous and never coarse. The aftertaste is clean and confirms the initial sensation. Long-persisting, but never overbearing or syrupy.
