Grapes were harvested at an optimum balance between fruit, flavour, acidity and sweetness. A small proportion of the Pinot Noir grapes are given extended time on skins to give the rose color, and are then blended back with the Chardonnay after primary fermentation.

  • Lindauer Fraise is pinky/gold salmon colored with a subtle strawberry aroma, intermingled with an underlying yeasty, toasty bouquet.
  • A careful blending of the base wines has resulted in a full palate with an elegant finesse.
  • The wine has a hint of sweetness which complements the subtle, lingering taste of strawberries.
