Le Rosé Brut Premier Cru
Smell - A subtle suggestion of oak on the nose, from 10-20% barrel aging, with gorgeous fruit aromas of strawberry, raspberry and citrus blossom florals.
Taste - Intensely fruited with lovely texture and grip in the mouth complementing the fine bead and refreshing berry flavours. A creamy, biscuity texture from 3 years aging on lees gives a thrillingly satisfying finish and a 'moreish' quality that'll make you want to enjoy it all day. Try it with salmon bellinis with cream cheese and a piquant garnish for optimum results.
