A blend of 50% Pinot Meunier and equal parts Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, the Dumangin Brut Le Grande Reserve Premier Cru is an exceptional example of an autolytic style of Champagne with extended lees aging juxtaposed against bracing, lively acidity and cut through. Perfectly balanced with excellent tension it's a real connoisseur's Champagne.
Clean and fresh with delicious nutty notes and hints of caramel and butterscotch, giving way to clean granny smith apple flavours on the mouthwatering finish. Enjoy in its youth with some fresh seafood or canapes in the sunshine!
