Hand harvest with triage in vineyard. Whole cluster pressed, cold settled and racked to barrel. Wild yeast fermentation in 20% new French oak 228L barrels. 100% malolactic fermentation, 11 months total on lees. No fining, membrane filtered to bottle. Bottled at Kumeu River Winery.
