Highland Queen 1561 is blended with a high ratio (over 60%) of first class malts.
A high percentage of older malts have also been used in the blending to create an incredibly smooth and mellow whisky.
Aromas of apple and cinnamon, with hints of salted caramel and toffee.
Tingly and mouthwarming notes of spiced cinnamon and apple crumble, with hints of dried fruit. A long and smooth finish.
