Riesling release is from selected blocks in Lowburn, Central Otago. Free draining soils of loess, schist, and uncemented gravels together with long hours of sunshine produce lively fruit with gentle ripe acidity.
The grapes are hand picked; whole bunch pressed, settled for 48hrs and then fermented at cool temperatures to retain the fresh fruit characteristics.
