Grahamrs wines come primarily from its own Quinta dos Malvedos near Tua and Quinta das Lages in the Rio Torto. Two others, privately owned by a member of the Symington family, Quinta da Vila Velha and Quinta de Vale de Malhadas, also supply Graham with finEstate quality grapes. All four Quintas are among the bEstate in the upper Douro valley. Grahamrs also buys grapes from selected farmers in the finEstate districts. Some of these farmers have been selling their grapes to Grahamrs for generations.
Fine Tawny: Grahamrs Tawny Port is a more lightly textured and drier wine than the Ruby. It offers a fine balance of fruitiness and nuttiness, derived from ageing in casks. A very versatile style of Port, suitable for drinking on any occasion.
Tasting Notes: Reddish tawny colour, with ripe fruit aromas nicely balanced by hints dried fuits, and on the palate slightly dry, elegant and smooth.
