After being hand harvested, fruit from each vineyard was destemmed into small open top fermenters. Here they had in their individual batches up to a month on skins, with 2 daily punchdowns during fermentation. The wines were pressed individually, and spent six months in French Oak. Once through malolactic fermentation the wine was bottled.


  • A dark red color for Pinot Noir with nice depth.
  • Very bright cherry aromas mix with a brooding earthy component.
  • The palate has vitality and drive with lovely fresh cherry fruit and elegant tannins.
