Different vineyards were hand picked in April, with fruit being in immaculate condition. Each lot was whole bunch pressed, settled, then cool fermented in stainless steel. The wine was then blended to leave just a touch of residual sweetness and body.
Aroma and Palate:
- Pale white gold in color, the Gold River Pinot Gris has a fragrant floral nose with spice and pear.
- Seductively textured, it shows mouthfilling intensity with a balanced, pear drop finish.
- A very succulent wine that is balanced and easy to love.
