This rose is made using Pinot Noir grapes pressed after extended skin contact. It is 100% barrel fermented in old French oak.
The nose shows typical rosé characteristics of red cherries and lush strawberries. The palate is perfected balanced between acid and sugar following through with strawberries and cherries from the nose. This wine is to be enjoyed not sipped, an ideal summer wine, best served chilled.
