This Prosecco is made the Italian way, using the Charmat method. After primary fermentation the wine undergoes a secondary fermentation in stainless steel tanks, and is then bottled under pressure. This method produces smaller, longer-lasting bubbles.
A pleasant and aromatic bouquet of citrus and limes, apples and white fleshed stone fruit. Dry and pleasantly fruity, crisp with floral and mineral hints.
