The fruit was machine harvested and gently membrane pressed before being cool fermented with an aromatic yeast strain to capture the vibrant spicy fruit characters inherent to Waipara.

- The wine is pale straw in colour with green olive hues.
- The nose is elegant and floral with aromas of citrus blossom and spice.
- The palate is luscious and concentrated with stonefruit and mandarin notes and and a lingering lime and mineral finish.
