DESCRIPTION
The clay soils from which this Pinot Noir originates always give us vibrant wines with soft juicy dark fruit characters on both the nose and palate. Underpinning this is the classic Martinborough savoury Pinot character with earthy, spicy flavours supporting the lovely dark fruit. Ageing for eleven months in French oak gives the wine structure and depth.
